This turkey is a vegan meat alternative. The delicate truffle flavour makes this a Christmas classic however the taste and texture make this a great sandwich filling all year round. It comes sliced, ready to use.
We love this on our roast or served as a cold cut in a warm crusty baguette. Alternatively, chopped up and added to a creamy mushroom pasta.
