Do you offer your products for wholesale?

Yes! If you are a café/restaurant who is looking to improve your vegan/plant-based menu or a retailer looking for tasty vegan option for your shelves, please complete a Get in Touch form with your business information and we will reply to you with our Wholesale information and pricing

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch all orders Monday to Thursday with DPD on a next day service so you should receive your order withing 2-3 working days from order. Our packing is all tested to ensure your order is kept at the best quality for the duration of this window.

Where can I collect my order?

From The Pudding Pantry Sherwood, 579 Mansfield Road, Nottingham, NG5 2JN. Just let one of the lovely Pudding Pantry team members know you are here to collect and order of Faux and they will let us know.

How long do your products last?

All our products have at least 8 days shelf life from dispatch. If you require them for a later date you can always pop them in the freezer on delivery.

Where can I find allergen information?

All the allergen information will be provided on product labels, you can also find this information on our product pages.

Please be aware that we do have a large number of ingredients in our kitchen, while we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with allergies such as soy, celery or wheat allergies. Effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice.

Can I freeze your products?

Yes! All our products can be frozen on delivery. We would suggest defrosting the day before you would like to enjoy them and following the cooking instructions on the packet.
