Shelf Life

Our products have a use by date of between 5-10 days after delivery. They are suitable to be frozen for up to 2 months and defrosted in the fridge.

Any products we supply from other brands, such as the cheeses, please refer to individual product packaging for product-specific information. However we will ensure there are at least 5-10 days date on them.

Delivery Schedule

We dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday, using a 24 hour tracked service, meaning that deliveries will be made from Tuesday to Friday. Any orders placed after 11am on a Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday to ensure the freshness of the product.

We are currently only able to deliver to customers in the UK Mainland.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email and can track your parcel via a tracking link. 

Order Deadlines 

Currently, orders will be sent on the next scheduled dispatch day (Tues-Thurs) from the order date. However, there are cut off points to have your order dispatched the following day:

  • Order by 10pm on Monday for dispatch on Tuesday
  • Order by 10pm Tuesday for dispatch on Wednesday
  • Order by 10pm on Wednesday for dispatch Thursday

*Please keep an eye on your emails and the tracking link to track your parcel, making sure to check your spam folder for any updates.

*If you need your parcel by a certain day or special occasion, please do let us know in your order notes and we will do our best to prioritise your order!

Collecting from the shop

Customers will be notified by email when their orders are ready for collection and can collect during our store opening hours,

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping on all orders costs £5.95.

You will receive notifications and updates regarding the status of your order.

Our delivery packaging means items will remain at below 8°C for 24 hours (our shipment window). Customers are advised to refrigerate products ASAP after receipt of delivery. Once opened, we would also recommend using within 3 days.

Shipping Information

All deliveries will be issued an estimated delivery date, on which acceptance of the package must be made. Customers are strongly advised to be present for deliveries as a signature may be required upon acceptance of the package. We cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries, an error in the customer's shipping address, or deliveries rescheduled to outside of the 24-hour shipment window.

The shipping company is a separate entity from us so please contact the carrier for any problems related to shipping and missed deliveries.
