This is our plant-based take on a chicken thigh. Made using Jackfruit with a blend of herbs and spices. These 'thighs' are wrapped with rice paper which give them a crispy 'skin', a unique alternative you won't have seen before.
The best match for your Sunday roast. Roast until crispy and serve with all your favourite veggies.
