This salami is a vegan meat alternative. Using paprika to give a little colour and a hint of fennel to give an authentic taste and texture of Italian salami. It comes sliced, ready to use.
It is a perfect topping for your pizza, or simply as part of a 'fauxcuterie' board with some 'cheese' and chutney. We love it in a sandwich too!
